Is the trial lesson really free?
Yes. The trial lesson is completely free with no commitment. Afterwards you receive a written assessment of the student's level.
How are the lessons delivered?
Lessons are live and one-to-one over Zoom or Google Meet, with flexible scheduling in any time zone.
Can the teacher explain in English?
Yes. We have teachers who teach in English, as well as in Arabic and French.
How do I follow my child's progress?
You receive a report after every lesson, and you can follow attendance and progress from the parent portal.
What if we miss a lesson?
Cancel at least six hours before the lesson and you get a make-up lesson at a time that suits you.
Is it safe for children?
Yes. All communication happens inside the platform and is supervised, with separate classes for boys and girls and female teachers for girls.
